Ever since I was a child, my favorite thing in the world to eat has always been pumpkin so I adore this time of year when you can find pumpkin flavored everything from coffee to pancakes. But, as a beauty enthusiast, more than food, I love pumpkin infused beauty products! Here are just a few of my top picks:
Behind every great brand is a unique story, and the same holds true for Spanish brand UNOde50, a line of handcrafted accessories that was developed with the idea of creating just 50 units of each design. Today, the company holds true to this promise of exclusivity by releasing 50 limited edition pieces with each collection.
Each item has a unique and distinctive design, and also features a small padlock icon designed to symbolize the protection of the exclusivity of the number of pieces. Just as unique as the design, are the collection themes which include inspiration from earth and celestial elements.
One of my favorites is the Orbits & Lunar phases collection, which is inspired by the new beginnings and experiences that comes along with each new moon. The designs have been carefully combined with leather and are silver plated. Items in the collection have names such as “Space Crash” and “Out of Orbit.”
Another favorite is the Stars & Nebulas collection, which has a variety of gorgeous accessories to choose from, some of which include a stunning blue toned faceted prism Swarovski crystal. Fun names in the collection range from “All stars” to “Meteor shower.”
Other collections include “Air, Water & Sand,” “Animal Instinct” and “Gold Collection.”
UNOde50 can be found in over 40 countries with more than 100 stores around the world including Madrid, Rome, Milan, Berlin, New York, Miami, Tokyo, Moscow, Panama, Paris. To learn more, click here.
Nude undergarments are a must-have for women who want a polished look when wearing sheer or white clothing. But, for many women whose skin tones are darker than the average version of “nude” available on the market, which is usually a shade of beige, finding the perfect seamless undergarment can be difficult. A new hosiery and lingerie line, NubianSkin, is aiming to change that with the introduction of a line of essential undergarment needs, available in suitable skin-tones for women of color.
Nubian Skin founder, Ade Hassan, developed the line after being frustrated by the lack of undergarments that met the needs of ethic women. With the new line, women can choose from four different dark skin tone shades including Café au Lait, Caramel, Cinnamon and Berry. The company has a skin-tone matching guide on their website to help customers select the hue that best suits them.
Nubian Skin, which is based in London, recently launched at Nordstrom stores in the US and ships worldwide. Learn more.

With warmer temperatures now here, I have been shedding my winter coat for lighter styles! And what is better to add to your summer ensemble than some flash? I visited Efva Attling for summer inspired pieces, and this designer did not disappoint.
From Sweden and a model, Ms. Attling has been designing jewelry since the age of eleven. But the runway could not stop her from her pursuing her passion – jewelry design. Ms. Attling’s collections each tell a story. Working with precious metals and precious stones, she created strings of butterflies to a starry sky at night. Wearing one of these pieces will certainly make you stand out from the crowd.
One of my favorite pieces in the store was a ring made into a cross made of 18 carat gold, and conflict free diamonds with the highest clarity.
And for the man looking to pop the question, Ms. Atling has a wedding selection that would make any future bride scream “YES!” The mixture of colorful precious stones and diamonds are sure to turn heads and make her feel all the more special because of the unique designs.
So, whether you are looking for that once of a kind piece, or to let someone know that they are the one, Efva Attling’s designs is for you. Stop in and indulge yourself or your love.

It’s important to protect your skin from potential sun damage all year-long, and one of the best ways to do that is by wearing sunscreen. But, if you want an added layer of protection, while still looking chic, check out some of the accessories from Bloxsun. The company offers what they call “undercover sunwear” with UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) 50+ fabric proven to block 98% of the sun’s UV rays without the use of chemicals or additives.
The thin, delicate skin on the hands is more prone to premature aging than all other parts of the body. When driving or participating in outdoor activities, you can wear Bloxsun Sun Gloves ($40, bloxsun.com), which offer discreet yet effective sun protection. The nude-colored stretch nylon gloves feature friction dots on the palms to provide UV protection without compromising grip.
And, while running around town or lounging at the pool, you can wear Bloxsun Sun Scarves ($68, bloxsun.com) to reduce the risk of sun damage and skin cancer. Wear it over your head or as a wrap.

Last week I attended the 10th Anniversary arty of New Beauty magazine where a variety of different beauty companies were on hand to celebrate the magazine, as well as show off their products to the room filled with beauty experts. Some of the items on display were products that we all may be familiar with, while others are newcomers eager to make their presence known on the beauty scene. Here are a few my top picks for products to watch out for this year.
Real Techniques Bold Metallics Collection – Developed by Youtube sensation Pixiwoo’s Sam and Nic, this new collection of brushes were inspired by luxury. The soft bristles featured tapered tips and are engineered for perfect weight distribution when tipped toward the face while being used. The brushes are available at ulta.com and boots.com.
BeautyDNA – This new subscription box service will deliver a full-sized product to your door every moth customized to your skin needs. Subscribers fill out a detailed Beauty Profile, the system makes a product match, and then the product is shipped directly to you with a detailed report explaining why it was selected specifically for you.
SuperSmile – This professional at-home teeth whitening line has been around since 1987. The system removes tooth stains without bleaches or abrasives, when users follow the 6-minute regimen developed by the company that includes Activating Rods applied to the teeth, brushing with the Whitening Toothpaste and rinsing with its Whitening Pre-Rinse.
Intellishade – This anti-aging tinted moisturizer is available in Original Radiant and a new matte formula and features spf 45 and features one shade that blends in with every skin tone. It’s a multi-tasking product, perfect for women on the go as it is a sunscreen, moisturizer, makeup and ant-aging product in one.
Jennifer Hudson stunned on the red carpet on March 28th wearing a fabulous black jumpsuit to the 28th annual Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Inglewood, California. The all-black fitted number stood on its own with a sexy v-neckline, while the only bright pops of color were seen with the purple lipstick she rocked and the blue strap on the sassy sandals that adorned her feet. Perfect for Spring, here are some black rompers you can wear, inspired by the American Idol starlet.
If you’ve viewed my Instagram page lately (@delia_licious) you saw a quick snapshot I did using colors from Estée Lauder’s new Double Wear Stay-In-Place Eye Pencil collection.
Available in 16 gorgeous shades, the 12-hour wear eye pencils are not just long-lasting, but waterproof, so you can define your eyes and not have to work about the product disappearing or smudging. I wear the colors from day-to-night and found that they are in fact long-wearing and do not fade at all. I have the teal, gold and sapphire blue, and the colors are bright and vibrant; moreover, they really do apply true to the way they look on the outside of the pencil.
When I applied the product, it glided on smoothly and effortlessly. I also liked that the pencil features a smudger on the other end for to facilitate creating a smokey eye look. I actually used the smudger to create the winged eyeliner look seen in the picture above.
The eye pencils retail for about $23.
